SNAP LTD («SNAP» or the «Company») invites you to review the Terms & Conditions stated hererin which regulate the purchase of our products via this Website. Use of this Webpage implies your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
The present Terms & Conditions form part of the purchase contract contents, concluded between SNAP and the customer. The Company reserves the right to introduce changes in these Τerms & Conditions in case of change of legal provisions or in order to improve the website work, as well as to improve protection of user’s privacy and prevent them from abuses.
Circumstances that are not regulated by these Terms & Conditions or the other Policies found in the Website are subject to the legislation applicable for activity and functioning of online shops in the Republic of Cyprus.
Order Policy
To place an order you shall follow the procedure of our online shop.
In the case of giving false, incomplete or incorrect data in placing your order – we will try, if possible, to contact the customer in order to complete or correct them. If the contact cannot be executed with the information provided, we have the right to withdraw from the contract.
In any case, the shop reserves the right to withdraw from a transaction in case of unavailability of a product or incorrect personal data. In such a case, the money, if already paid by a customer will be returned to the bank account indicated by the customer.
A product which has been issued with a sales receipt means the automatic acceptance by the purchaser of both its good operation, as well as its top condition, including the packaging and its accessories, as it is set out on the cover of the package. A product for which a sales receipt has been issued means the automatic acceptance of its characteristics by the purchase, as they are set out in the official webpage of the manufacturer or the printed manual instructions guide of the manufacturer.
It is expressly declared that in accordance to the above the Company is not liable for any verbal information provided in the past regarding the product, within or outside the company.
Products which are guaranteed directly by the manufacturer, are automatically accepted also by the purchaser, whether the latter has been informed or not upon the sale of the product, if and
so long there is relevant information in the product manual instructions guide or the official webpage of the manufacturer.
Finally, the issue of any invoice by SNAP Ltd which contains the above terms means their absolute acceptance by the client
About Products
We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the shop and/or remove or modify any material or content from the website, at any time. Although, we will do everything we can to execute all orders, there may appear exceptional circumstances that will force us to refuse to execute your order, even after sending any order confirmation, for which we will inform the customer as soon as possible and refund you with the money already paid.
We are not liable to the customers or any other third parties for withdrawing any product from our shop, irrespective of whether its being sold or not, as well as for removing or changing materials or contents from the website.
The delivery charges may be altered at any time without prior notice. Said change shall become effective from the moment the modification appears in the webpage. In all cases, the delivery charges that appear at the moment the order is placed shall apply.
Force Majeure
SNAP LTD will not be liable and any interruption and / or delay and / or defective provision of service and / or operation of the online store and / or the inability to deliver a product is not considered a violation of the present when is caused due to any event or accident or act or omission , beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, force majeure, compliance with any laws or governmental decisions or acts or omissions or requirements of regulatory authority, rules, regulations or directives, natural disasters, epidemics and / or pandemics, earthquakes , floods, fires, storms, torrential rains, hurricanes, wars, hostile and military or terrorist acts, revolutions, military or political riots or riots, or political riots, strikes, riots, layoffs, closures or closures or other events beyond its reasonable control.
